A fresh look for your crane through expert spray painting

A crane is not only a powerful piece of equipment, but also your company’s calling card. That is why spraying cranes is an important part of both maintenance and presentation. At Gouweleeuw, we know all about that. With over 30 years of experience and a fully equipped paint shop, we preserve cranes from major brands such as Liebherr, Tadano, Spierings and Sany on a daily basis.

Why repaint a crane?

Cranes work long days in wind and weather, often in rough conditions. That leaves its mark. By having your crane professionally repainted, you protect it from rust, discoloration and wear. And fair is fair: a crane that looks sleek in the right corporate colors radiates craftsmanship and reliability. The eye wants something too!

This is how we do it at Gouweleeuw

Before we start painting cranes, we tackle it thoroughly. The crane is partially disassembled, where we disassemble the sheet metal so that we can preserve it separately. Then the crane goes through our car wash for a thorough cleaning. We sand the surface and address any rust spots. We carefully tape off any parts that should not be painted with the crane. Then we apply the new coat of paint in one of our modern spray booths. Finally, we reassemble everything neatly and the crane passes our quality control.

Beautiful examples from practice

At Gouweleeuw, we have already handled many impressive cranes. For example, we gave the Liebherr LTM 1750-9.1 of Sarens PSG Ltd. a fresh, corporate color. The Tadano ATF 100-4 from Stouwdam Berging was also given a major metamorphosis: from blue-red to bright yellow.

In short: for a crane that not only performs, but also looks great, you have come to the right place at Gouweleeuw.
